At first they suggest that he do stupid or petty things, but as the movie progresses the voices demand that he do terrible things to strangers and to his friends and family; He is driven "Mad" as the title suggests.

Review: I love this movie and Nate Patterson is one of my favorite actors. It's a shame he died, he was in some of my favorite movies "Stomach Ache", "Jeopardy", and "Burning". Patterson is a grave loss not only to Brickmaker Studios, but to the whole world of cinema.
